Parley is the official mascot of the Parliament of Singapore, introduced in April 2018 to engage the public and provide insights into parliamentary proceedings. Parley is depicted as a young winged lion who carries the Mace of Singapore in its plushie version. The name “Parley” is an acronym representing the qualities: Proactive, Adventurous, Resourceful, Learned, Eloquent, and Youthful.

Parley serves as an administrator for Parliament’s Instagram page, sharing behind-the-scenes activities, snapshots and the importance of key parliamentary dates such as Budget Day. Such content is posted under the series name Parleyment Chronicles. Parley also has WhatsApp and Telegram sticker packs.
