Suzy is the mascot of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS), formerly known as The Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore. Introduced in 1984, she is depicted as a young girl with cerebral palsy, wearing a blue dress and leg brace, and holding a teddy bear. Her expression is neutral with a slightly lowered head. Suzy became a familiar figure to the Singaporean public through donation boxes placed beside supermarket checkout counters.

In recent years, CPAS transitioned to online fundraising methods due to Singapore becoming an increasingly cashless society, and Suzy’s presence expanded to digital platforms. Her illustrated appearance looks directly at the viewer, with detailed eyes and a neutral look.

To commemorate World Cerebral Palsy Month in October 2024, CPAS launched the “Spare Your Change for Suzy 2024” campaign, celebrating 40 years of the Suzy Doll donation box in Singapore. Digital screens at malls and public transport stations displayed photos of the Suzy donation box (called e-Suzy) with a QR code linking to the donation page. Commemorative coins were also minted and given to people who raised or donated more than $40.
